We collaborate with you. We design our programmes to meet your needs and tailor them to specific business objectives. We integrate our work with your culture and ensure that it is sustained in house or supported by us over time.

We don't give advice. Instead, we provide detailed feedback about what you are doing - your norms of behaviour and patterns of interaction. Our experience shows that when you know what you are doing, you can do what you want.

Our programmes are work-based. All of our work is allied to current corporate issues. Participants leave programmes with enhanced skills, enlivened networks and completed tasks.

We support your people in the workplace. Learning is achieved through implementation. On site support work includes mentoring, best practice groups, individual coaching in person or by phone, pairs relationship coaching, small unit facilitation and full team meeting feedback.
